      Programmes Unlimited Memberships offer unlimited consultations to set up and support your programmes. We'll do a few sessions to teach you the exercises, assess your ability and ensure you know exactly how to carry out the session plans. 

      If at any time you think your technique may have slipped then we want you to book a consultation so we can check and correct as soon as possible. These consultations are unlimited and are completely covered by our arrangement, saving you £40/hour!

      You'll be prompted to record how hard you find each exercise. If any any time you find the training is getting too easy or hard then we need you to let us know. We can make changes to the exact exercises or change the way you do them to ensure the intensities are suited to the type of training week you're in.
